Why the symptom does not identify the failed part
AdBlue warnings can involve fluid quality, level sensing, dosing, heaters, NOx sensors, wiring or catalyst efficiency depending on the system fitted. The vehicle may store useful trouble codes, but those codes are interpreted together with live data, physical inspection and the conditions in which the symptom occurs.
Replacing the component named in a code description is not a reliable diagnostic strategy. A sensor code can be caused by wiring, reference voltage, an air or fluid leak, a mechanical fault or an implausible reading created by another system.

Live data, voltage-drop, pressure, smoke, mechanical or road tests are used as appropriate. 4. Recheck. After repair, the original symptom is retested where practical.
What to tell us when booking
Include whether the problem is hot or cold, constant or intermittent, engine-speed or road-speed related, and whether it started after a flat battery, service, repair, off-road trip, towing event or charging session. A photo of the dashboard message or a short recording of an intermittent noise is useful.

Can you service older Great Wall vehicles as well as newer GWM models?
Yes. The workshop approach starts with the exact VIN and vehicle generation because earlier Great Wall models can use very different engines, drivetrains and service procedures from current Haval, TANK, Cannon and ORA vehicles.
Do you need the VIN when I book?
The registration is usually a useful starting point, but the VIN is especially helpful for parts, fluid specifications, production changes and imported or unusual variants.
Will you carry out extra repairs without discussing them?
Additional repair items identified during inspection are reported before extra work proceeds. Diagnostic work may also be staged when the initial approved time establishes that further testing is required.
